Driving public sector innovation to create a better future.
Who I am
I focus on delivering meaningful and sustainable change through public sector innovation in Atlantic Canada.
At the Nova Scotia Health Innovation Hub, I lead cross-sector initiatives that bring together healthcare, government, and community partners to work on real system challenges. My work focuses on what happens after the idea stage, including testing, implementing, and scaling approaches in practice.
I developed my interest in public sector innovation through my Master’s in Social Innovation at the University of Cambridge, where I researched the ideation and design of the Nova Scotia School Lunch Program.
I also support the practice of social innovation as Board Chair of the Mobile Food Market, which offers fresh and affordable food to communities across Nova Scotia.
Right now, I am focused on a few things:
what makes cross-sector collaboration actually work and what does not
how to move pilots into approaches that stick
how Atlantic Canada can lead in practical, real-world innovation
